Signing in

1. Remember to sign in using your Helgesen email (even if you are not using it yet, first name and first two letters of your last name followed by @helgesen.com)

Check the following button to make the SharePoint folder available in other applications

1. Click Following in the upper right-hand corner

2. That will make the SharePoint folder available in other applications and mobile applications

How to open and view documents from web

1. Go out to main website

2. For Cynergi

2. Navigate the folders as you would do in explorer

3. Clicking on a file will open it directly in the browser

4. You can edit and work in the file online

5. Or you can open it directly in excel by clicking open in excel

6. And now you can work in directly in excel

How to create new files from web

2. Navigate to the folder that you wish to create the new file in
3. Click the new button and then select the file type that you wish to create

4. Then you can edit your file online, or open it locally in excel

How to upload existing files

2. Navigate to the folder that you wish to move the files to
3. You have two choices
1. Upload files from the upload button
1. Click the upload button and choose what you would like to upload

2. Choose your files or folders and click open

2. Drag files to SharePoint
1. You can also drag files from your windows folder directly to SharePoint

You can now view the SharePoint folder from your mobile devices
