Labeling Consumable Locations

1.    Download Labeltac software 

LabelSuite 2 

2.    Download Labeltac drivers 

Labeltac Pro X Drivers  

3. Open Item Location Maps.xlsx 

4. Go to the Syntax Notes tab to download all three locations 

5. Create folder called temp 

6. Download the example data files (both ItemLocations.csv are the same so only download one)

7. Move ItemLocations.csv and Locations.csv to your new temp folder

8. Fill in ItemLocations.csv with the correct information

• Location in column A
• Item in column B
• Description in column C

9. In the ItemLoc column create the equation =CONCAT

10. Make sure to save after editing

11. Now open LabelSuite 2 and click on saved labels 

12. Edit ItemSupplyLocations_Small.tacx

13. Click one of the text boxes then click on Data Source 

14. Click Generate from data file 

15. Click Import new data file 

16. Click on ItemLocations and then Open

17. Check the Data source columns have header labels box, then click done 

18. Select the data column: that corresponds with the chosen text box and then click done 

This shows the corresponding data columns and text boxes (including the QR code)

19. After linking the Labeltac template to the data source click save

20. Go back out to Your Library and click Print this Label

21. After checking the Labeltac Pro X is turned on, connected to the computer, and loaded with the right supply (3" Yellow Sticker) click print.
