Joining Tiffs into a single file
1. Click combine PDF
2. Drag the files into the Choose File box
3. Order the pages as needed and click apply
4. Pages can also be re-arranged using the Page tab
5. Then save the file as the proper name
Editing PDF’s
1. There are a handful of different tools, most work where you paste the object then you can modify the properties
2. To erase something, you need to cover it with a white object to hide it
3. The OCR tool is useful for modifying existing text
- Go to the Tool Tab and select OCR Area
- Then highlight the with the text you wish to change and click Recognize
- You will then be able to directly modify the text
4. To Keep the file size down you can Flatten and Compress the file form the Tool tab
Mass PDF Conversion
Click Batch PDF's
Select create
Add the files or the folder that you wish to convert
Then click apply
This will will create pdf files with the same name in a pdf format
Adding Bookmarks
- Click the bookmarks tool bar on the left side of the screen\
- This will show the existing bookmark, right click on the bookmark you wish to rename and click rename
- Rename the bookmark
- Save the file
