Google Chrome - Insecure download blocked

If you receive a "Insecure Download Blocked" error (see below) complete the following steps to fix.

• Click the "Not secure" button to the left of the URL

• Click "Set settings"

• Scroll down to Insecure content and set it to "Allow"

• When you refresh the page you should be able to download as you did before
